My client based in Liverpool is looking for Pensions Administrators to join their growing business. You will be working within a fast paced environment and be expected to work as a part of a team that provides an efficient and timely processing service to clients.
Duties:
* Provide a full range of administration activities connected to the running of a pension scheme, including (but not limited to), leavers, data changes, setting up benefits into payment, general policyholder enquires and annual scheme updates
* Produce quality work within specified timescales laid down in service contracts
* Organise and prioritise own work, ensuring completion within quality standards and agreed service levels
* Assist others on the team as required and support change and development activities within the team
Experience:
* GSCE level education with Mathematics and English Language grade 4 (or equivalent) and above
* Good computer user skills
* Comfortable working in a numbers based role
* Proven ability to work in a team and follow processes
* Previous customer service / relationship skills and experience
