Role Overview: As a Pension Administrator, you'll join a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service throughout the pension journey. From account opening to retirement income management, you'll ensure smooth operations and uphold regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Open new pension accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Analyze and vet pension transfer documentation, liaising with third-party providers.
Process client contributions and set up direct debit collections.
Calculate pension retirement benefits and manage income benefit payments.
Handle processing of death benefits and effectively communicate with customers.
Meet service level agreements and resolve client queries promptly.
Stay updated on technical and scheme changes, contributing insights to team meetings.
Maintain a strong understanding of pensions and financial services market.

Requirements:

Attention to detail with accuracy in work.
Strong team player with autonomy.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly in pensions administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
