- Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday
- Hours between: 08:00 - 20:00
About Us:
Our client is dedicated to serving their customers. They're expanding their customer engagement centre team and are on the lookout for exceptional individuals like YOU to create positive experiences for valued customers within their Pensions team.
As an Ambassador of the Brand, You Will:
- Provide outstanding service over the phone, webchat & email.
- Assist customers with pension-related inquiries, ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, turning negatives into positives.
- Utilize state-of-the-art systems to efficiently process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and departments for seamless customer support and satisfaction.
- Uphold our Business Code of Conduct, always acting with integrity and due diligence.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 Year experience working in the Pensions Sector.
- Preferably 3+ Years working in the Pensions Sector
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT skills, eager to learn new systems and able to utilize Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong team player.
