Form of workHuntswood has a great new opportunity for a proven Operations Manager, with strong experience in the Pension/Investment space. This role is hybrid, and you will need to spend 2 days a week at our client's site, in Bristol.
Role overview:
Location: Bristol - Hybrid - 2 days a week in office
Duration: Contract until the end of September 2024 initially
Rate: £350 to £400 a day DOE - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Start Date: Monday 4th March 2024
The ideal Operations Manager will have:
- Proven experience of working in an Operational capacity, on a Pensions/Investment complaint or review role
- A relevant qualification would be highly advantageous (FPC, Level 4 or above)
- Demonstrable experience or managing multiple teams/workstreams
- Ability to develop and compile management information packs, to track operational goals
- Complaints and remediation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
