Our client based in Gloucester who are a non-profit organisation supporting mental and physical wellbeing of young people in Gloucestershire, have an exciting new opportunity for a People Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
You will be working closely with the Senior Manager supporting the administrative function within the recruitment side of the business ensuring that all appropriate policies and procedures are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support/implement the administration function for recruitment
- Undertake interviews to recruit new staff
- Undertake exit interviews as staff leave the organisation
- Provide support to our management teams with all people administration
- Continually review practices to ensure they are of the highest standard
- Keep up to date with people law and legislation
- Form part of company ED&I subgroup ensuring inclusivity and equity in recruitment
Candidate Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and ability to multitask
- Good investigative and query handling skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Previous HR/Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,000+ 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (not taken out of your allocation)
