People Administrator (FTC)
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join our People (HR) team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This role is a based in our Head Office in Central London (NW1 4LJ), with a hybrid working model. We are also offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus a fantastic array of benefits.

Job Profile
The HR Administrator will provide a proactive and professional People (HR) customer service to managers and staff in person, via email or other written correspondence or over the phone. They will also maintain the HR payroll processing on a regular basis, submitting paperwork to Payroll in a timely manner, and process new starters, job changes and leavers on iTrent system.
- Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week.
- Contract: 12-month fixed term contract.

- Location: 1 Park Square West, London, NW1 4LJ (Baker Street and Regents Park stations) – this role will offer a hybrid working approach.

Key Duties
- Ensure that employee data is captured in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner and that data integrity is maintained through regular audit reporting
- To maintain employee files on the document management system, SharePoint, to ensure all data are accurate and up to date
- To manage multiple mailboxes, ensuring emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner, and be an active member of the People team phone line
- To respond to iTrent Self-Service and People Manager user queries including clarifying annual leave entitlements, amending and creating working patterns, maintaining reporting lines and responding to queries regarding timesheets
- Some general office management duties; such as raising invoices, claim expenses, manage office supply levels and send organisation wide correspondence on behalf of the People Team.
Skills & Experience
- Working within a similar capacity in an HR/ People team
- Proven administrative experience of working in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience of using HR systems and, in particular, iTrent Excellent time management and ability to prioritise meeting deadlines
