Term: Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Location: We have hybrid working in place, with 1-2 days per week, in our office in Canary Wharf.
What exactly will you be doing?
As the People Analytics, Payroll and Systems Manager, you will take ownership of our comprehensive HR system, overseeing core HR, payroll, recruitment, performance management, and reporting modules. You will analyse people data, developing insightful reports that support strategic decision making. Additionally, you'll lead our payroll, coordinating annual and monthly cycles, and foster strong partnerships with the third-party Payroll and pension providers.
Major objectives
The major objectives for the role are:
To own the HR system and all associated processes, continuously enhancing the available functionality to ensure efficient utilisation across the organisation.
To prepare and analyse people data, delivering clear and structured reporting that provides valuable insights, recognises trends, and identify areas where further reporting is required.
To maintain the integrity of HR data and ensure strict compliance with data protection rules, safeguarding the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information.
To lead payroll, ensuring all employees receive accurate and timely pay through meticulous oversight and coordination of payroll activities.
What are we looking for?
Extensive hands-on experience in managing and maintaining HR systems, with proficiency in iTrent or similar platforms.
Strong data management practices, ensuring compliance with GDPR and maintaining data integrity.
Proficient in numerical acumen and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, and the ability to manage a varied workload autonomously.
Knowledge of payroll processing, including inputting and managing payroll activities within HR systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Broad exposure to HR processes, business continuity planning and preparing data reports for various stakeholders.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools like PowerBI for preparing insightful and visually appealing reports is desirable.
