Administer new starter & leaver processes including all documentation Working in partnership with our HR Business Partner and Operations Team to ensure data records are consistently and accurately maintained Preparation of any changes to employee terms and conditions Co-ordinating the probation review process and employee referral bonus Updating the HRIS systems accurately and assist with recording data for monthly payroll Preparation and analysis of monthly HR management reports To prepare, as required, management reports or employee related data to assist with the management and development of staff Note taking in support of Line Managers conducting HR business meetings First point of call for employee support Providing PA support to the HR Business Partner as required including filing, answering the telephone, scanning, photocopying and emails To support HR audit preparation To book in employee training and accommodation Contracts, offer letters, and induction processes when required Assisting with recruitment, when required , ideally you will hold a CIPD qualification or will be working towards this, this is not however essential
