What will you be doing :
- Working with the Senior Management team
- Developing strategy
- Ensure compliance

- Maintain a robust and fit for purpose talent management solutions
- Provide clear, pragmatic and inspiring leadership to the People team.
- Budgetary responsibility
- Appraisals
- Dealing with queries
- Benchmarking

What you need to have:
- CIPD qualification
