People Business Partner - Permanent - Manchester - c£55,000 plus bens - Hybrid

Due to growth and the development of the HR team a new opportunity of People Business Partner has been created.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will own a particular business area which is a blend of volume and non volume functions, and build relationships at Director and C-Suite level across these client groups.
The People team is very much on a journey, creating a genuinely commercial function which balances business and people needs seamlessly.
This a high touch business area who will benefit hugely from the support of a great BP, and you will be able to see the impact of your work.
The range of tasks and projects will vary greatly, and to a point be self generated where you see opportunity, however there is a large Org Design agenda - the right people in the right places to drive the business forward and a large focus on engagement - ensuring people feel empowered to drive high performance and are recognised for doing so, they truly understand that engaged and empowered staff is what makes them successful.
Additionally there is a large ED&I agenda and the People Partner will have a critical part to play in contributing to this.
There will be ER casework, and there is ongoing work around coaching and supporting leaders and managers in these areas, while identifying any trends and solutions to mitigate these.
As the team evolves they will work increasingly closely together to drive collaboration and ensure the end to end people journey is positive, seamless, supportive and meets the needs of the business and its people.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a proven HR generalist, ideally having operated as a BP in a fast paced, exceptionally commercial business.
You must be agile, adaptable and comfortable working in a high change environment, and will have a varied toolkit including change management , TUPE, engagement, ER and ED&I.
They work on a hybrid basis, which realistically translates to 2/3 days in the office with travel to another site c 1 day per month.
Salary wise this role is offering c£55k plus competitive bens.
