Travel to our care services is required for this role and a company care will be provided, you will support around 16 sites. These locations include - Cheshire, Leeds, Manchester, Yorkshire
Permanent, full-time position: 37. 5hours
Salary range: Up to £50,000

Role Overview
This is a varied generalist HR role with a mixture of complex ER cases and project work. These may be one off in nature or cyclical and will vary in size and may have short- or medium-term impacts.
What you'll do:
- Delivers the Employee Engagement agenda to create an engaged and healthy workforce.
- Facilitate a culture of learning and continuous growth by coaching and supporting regional leaders.
- Provides data and metrics on regional people indicators and project.
- Develop and manage project plans, and development of bespoke materials, communications, and toolkits.
- Support on high level complex cases such as; leading conduct, grievance or complaint related investigations.
What you'll bring:
- Confidence in ER advise employment and case law important
- Good IT experience including use of MS excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage the pressure of several tasks and prioritise own workload
- Experience of across a broad range of HR disciplines.
- Ability to interpret people data and organisation structures to support decisions
- Ability to manage issues with sensitivity and diplomacy in relation to internal and external stakeholders
