As the People Digital Development Lead, you will:
- Support the delivery of the Trust’s People Strategy, focusing on digital systems, transformation, and process improvement.
- Plan and execute systems implementation programmes and process-related service improvement projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop integrated People Digital systems and solutions.
- Lead the roll-out of self-service provision and optimise the use of technology in people service delivery.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation, utilisation, and management of digital systems.
- Investigate innovative approaches, assess feasibility, and propose new systems and solutions.
- Develop the capacity of colleagues in accessing and using digital solutions, providing internal consultancy support and training.
