Horizon Care and Education Group supports more than 800 children and young people in England through a mix of children’s homes, specialist education and supported accommodation. We help young people to flourish and thrive, regardless of the challenges they have faced.

You’ll have experience of working across a number of sites, and of inspiring colleagues who are strongly motivated to do a fantastic job for the children and young people who rely on us to be the best at what we do. It’s important that you understand the careful balance between operational expectations and high-quality service provision, and that you have a proven track record of establishing a strong EVP that lasts throughout an individual’s career with Horizon.
