Reporting to the Head of People responsibilities include:
- Implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Managing employee relations and providing guidance on employment law.
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Driving performance management processes.
- Reporting on HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Leading employee engagement initiatives.
Profile
A successful People Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as HR generalist
- Experience within the property, real-estate or construction industry will be highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
