Everyone in the team has a part to play, you'll be pivotal to our success.
Within our new model we have People Operations Assistants. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service, providing best in class first line advice and guidance to customers via our Helpdesk and on the phone. People Services is an extremely busy environment, you’ll be constantly busy, and time will fly, as you will be involved in the end-to-end processes of all people aspects – from recruitment advice and guidance, pre-employment checks, visas, onboarding compliance, DBS checks, learning and development, advice on our terms and conditions of employment and employee relations policies to name but a few. Using your excellent administrative skills, you will be using various systems such as Microsoft Office and Oracle Fusion to input key information, as well as manipulating and analysing data, therefore an understanding of data protection is key.
