SalaryA dynamic and commercially orientated business who has recently been through an exciting restructuring, is recruiting a People Partner to join their people team. Working closely with key stakeholders to provide efficient, effective, and innovative People Partnering services.
Duties include:
- Working closely with your business unit to provide advice, support and guidance to enable our workforce to successfully achieve their strategic goals.
- Support the delivery of the people plan with a focus on driving people change and continual organizational improvement and development.
- Partner with a range of leaders to shape the people plan to build colleague engagement that builds an inclusive culture enabling everyone to be the best they can.
- Support delivery of organizational projects within the business such as organisational restructures and redeployments, ensure changes are embedded, reviewed, and delivered on time.
To be considered you will ideally be an experienced Senior HR Advisor who is enthusiastic about championing and developing a People function. In return you will have the opportunity to work with forward-thinking and commercial organisations who value their people.
