We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic People Partner to join our team in Gibraltar to help drive our human resources initiatives forward.
As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the happiness and productivity of our employees while aligning our HR strategies with the company's overall goals.
You'll enhance the working experiences of our people from when they join the business up to the point they leave. You'll also co create local people plans as well as delivering on the people strategy, focussing on things such as performance & talent management, engagement and team development.
Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of the people strategy, working with stakeholders in the business to ensure this lands in different areas.
- Create strong relationships with stakeholders to support them and their teams through coaching, organisational design advice and team development
- Advise, guide and support people managers and stakeholders within your area on all people matters including some formal ER cases where appropriate, working with relevant support from People Partners and people support advisors.
- Use data and key metrics to understand where and how to add value to the employee experience
- Own the performance management process and its local implementation, and any key actions and insights that are generated
- Support development initiatives that ensure we're supporting our people's career growth at tombola and retaining our talent.
- Drive team effectiveness through org design, advice & coaching and team development
- Support succession planning & L&D initiatives ensuring any solutions are localised based on the needs of the business area
- Work proactively and use available engagement survey data to drive local engagement plans
- Working with the rest of the people team to swarm on our biggest collective challenges, coming up with people centric solutions and iterating these to suit the needs of our colleagues
- Work with the rest of the people team including talent and comms, engagement and wellbeing to ensure we are attracting and developing our people.
- Work with the rest of the people team and local legislation to provide the best benefits to our people
