This is a really varied role incorporating aspects of learning and development and health and safety with the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people projects.

We are a values-based organisation so have a look at the attached job description for more information about the way we do things at CGA. We are looking for someone who shares our values and has previous experience of providing admin support in a busy role. You'll need great IT skills particularly with Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. This is a full time role, based at our offices on Preston Docks with occasional travel to our other locations in Preston.

- Outstanding organisational skills. You will need to be pro-active in managing your work, and supporting the team on a range of tasks.
- The role requires access to a car with business insurance.
- Experience of working with HR systems particularly a Learning Management System is desirable, but you will need to be able to confidently analyse and report on data from such systems. You will be the LMS system lead for the team.
