We’re now looking for a HR Assistant to join our People Team and offer an exemplary level of service for colleagues in the UK business.
About the Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for People related queries received via our HR system, email or face to face contact – responding promptly whilst managing expectation effectively
- To perform data entry, audit, payroll support and checking and other People and Finance system related activity e.g. purchase orders, change of cost centres, change in hours, leave of absence.
- Benefits – support with the administration around healthcare, season ticket loans, gym membership, childcare vouchers, dental scheme, holiday purchase etc.
- Rotas – manage the casual and hot desk timesheet process, respond to queries from temporary workers and their managers
- Contribute to continuous process improvement to support service delivery, simplify and standardise processes
About You:
- Experience of working in a fast pace environment within a People Shared Services Function or HR administration function;
- Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures;
- Strong experience of data manipulation and reporting
