We are looking for a highly motivated "Customer Focused Individual" to come and work in our People and Organisational Development Team. You will support our People Services team across NWSSP, working on a variety of projects and initiatives.
You will join a small and well established team and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If this sounds of interest, come and have a chat with us about the role.
We operate an agile approach to working, this will include home / remote working with occasional travel to the main corporate office and other sites. You will need to be able to commit to some travel throughout Wales and to making best use of our excellent technological solutions in order to develop and support the service.
The People Services Officer will provide a comprehensive range of professional operational services across the organisation. These will include, but are not limited too: -
1. Building and maintaining credible and productive relationships with the Senior Management Team, Managers, NWSSP employees, People and OD colleagues and Trade Union Partners.
2. Offering support and advice on the full range of People and OD issues including change management, People and OD Projects including Analytics, Resourcing and a range of People Services activities.
3. Formulate, implement, and monitor progress of the projects to ensure that programmes and project work streams are planned, documented, and managed effectively to assist in their successful delivery.
4. To support the delivery of People and Organisational Development initiatives and our employee value proposition.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
