Fixed term post until 31st July 2024 You would support the Employer Responsive Performance and Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships and Skills in developing and implementing strategies for raising standards which maximise learner success within the Apprenticeships and Skills portfolio, with particular focus on Work Based Learning (WBL) delivery throughout HRUC. The role will be primarily based at Richmond College, but may be required to work across other campuses as required. You will work with Schools to conduct WBL Assessment Healthchecks, monitor completion and accuracy of Onefile, monitor and track health and safety risk assessments of all HRUC WBL employers and ensure completion of WBL Progress Reviews. You should have some knowledge of quality assurance strategies, employer responsive provision and of post-16 inspection requirements. You will be highly organised, an excellent team player with good attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly on your own initiative.
