What we’re looking for:
- Do you have current or recent experience managing and Reporting performance?
- Are you a confident communicator with prior experience presenting to senior stakeholders?
- Do you consider yourself detail orientated, particularly within KPI definition and data analysis?
- Can you use your analytical capability to draw out insights from data?
- Do you have expertise in the use of reporting and analytical tools including Power BI and Excel?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Performance and Reporting Manager on a Fixed Term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.
A bit about the role:
As a Performance and Reporting Manager, you will be lead the collection, analysis and Reporting of performance data and information across the organisation to support data led decision-making and drive performance improvements. Some of the key results for the role include:
- Lead the collection, analysis and publication of performance reporting through the formal Peabody governance framework including Group Board, Executive Committee and other groups.
- Ensure performance reports include insightful commentary, translating information and data into actionable business intelligence.
- Develop detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop KPI targets with senior stakeholders which align with Group strategies and business priorities.
- Effective engagement and communication with stakeholders at multiple levels to understand and respond to business needs.

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required.
