Contract - Performance Business Director (4-5 months) - Global Network Agency - Hybrid Model

Our client is a global network agency running massive global campaigns and reaching thousands of people worldwide. They are currently looking for an Performance Business Director to join their team working across high profile clients!

As the Performance Business Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Being a key day to day contact for your client, leading regular calls and meetings including weekly statuses and reporting.
• Managing output across teams.
• Working across and setting up processes across accounts.
• Managing up and down - this agency operate a flat structure, and everyone is encouraged to support their team members and contribute to the wider success of the team and agency.

You:

• Have experience within a Paid Social and Programmatic role at a senior/ BD level in a media agency environment with a solid understanding of paid social and programmatic channels.
• Any experience of platforms and systems such as Meta, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, DV360 etc is desirable.
• Are keen to work in a trust driven environment, where individuals are truly collaborative and supported to grow and develop as well-rounded media specialists.
