We've a fantastic opportunity to join our Performance, Engagement & Development Team who are at the heart of this work. In this role you'll work specifically in the arena of performance management and colleague development as a subject matter expert, at an exciting time as we deliver two key initiatives:
1.????? An education programme on performance management and system refinements.
2.????? The development of colleague learning curriculum and strategic learning/capability.?
What you'll be doing
- Leading projects on a range of colleague development activities, including the design and implementation of learning solutions.
- Lead on performance and learning needs analysis, ensuring any subsequent learning solutions are fit for purpose and measurements are in place to track impact on performance.
- Working with senior leaders and local learning managers, providing advice and guidance to establish strategic learning/capability plans.
- Identifying learning priorities across the organisation aligned to future capabilities.
- Using best practise and expertise to lead on the delivery of key priorities of the performance management programme.
- Identifying improvements in management and leadership practices on performance management, ensuring all education and guidance drives effective performance management.
- Collaborating with external partners, providing clear business requirements and managing the provision of the subsequently agreed service.
We need you to have
- Expertise in performance management, with a strong track record in driving better practices and engagement with performance management frameworks.
- Specialist knowledge in learning & Development, from analysis to design & Development, through to implementation and evaluation.
- Experience in communicating and facilitating development programmes, both virtually and face to face.
- Ability to design and build digital learning content using a range of methods and tools.
- Understanding of learning and performance systems as an admin-level user.
- Experience working with third party suppliers and partners to drive performance and increase the impact of delivery to the business.
- Previous experience working within a Centre of Excellence, and establishing standards, practices & processes.
- Capability to manage multiple projects and work activity.
- Exceptional consultancy skills, with ability to be insatiably curious about the problem presented, and work through solutions to find the best one.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, enhanced by strong communication and ability to influence.
