Working and collaborating with marketing, brand & ecomm stakeholders across Spain to co-ordinate critical marketing asset deliverables like campaign banners, product content for retailer websites. This role will also have exposure to campaign set up, optimization & reporting for key performance & display campaigns run across retailer websites. This role will also do basic levels of keyword planning, managing & executing and optimizing Performance Marketing campaigns on Amazon marketing services, Citrus & Criteo ads. This role will be responsible for working closely with the eComm marketing leads in each of the markets to understand objectives, priority products and budgets in order to launch campaigns that deliver results.
ResponsibilitiesCreative deliverables project management:• Partner with ecomm, marketing & brand teams to coordinate delivery of campaign banners & product content• Understand campaign requirement, brief agency or internal teams about requirement related communication, asset dimensions, platform specifications, etc• Pro-actively partner with user experience teams to conduct A/B tests to arrive at most suitable creatives basis results of tests• Monitor performance of marketing assets to make changes accordingly to improve campaign performance• Ensure all deliverables are met within promised SLAs and prioritize basis campaign & business needs
Campaign planning:• Partner with commercial teams to understand objectives, challenges, priorities and budgets • Conduct forecasting for annual and monthly budgets• Ensure deployment of best practices in all performance and on-platform search campaigns across markets• Proactively seek out new opportunities and make recommendations to grow eCommerce performance campaigns via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, and keyword expansion • Manage test & learn agenda to identify new opportunities, ensuring clear goals against key marketing activities & knowledge share
Campaign execution:• Manage eComm performance campaigns across multiple retailer platforms/markets and Pepsico brands• Keyword Research and Ad Copy Development• Manage and maintain campaign budgets or spend summaries• Track and analyze campaign data to achieve business goals• Optimize and Manage campaigns for achievement of KPIs, budgets and deadlines• Lift & shift learnings across markets while planning and delivering the marketing strategies
Reporting and optimization:• Present the results to internal stake holders, proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutions• Liaise with cross functional teams (Sales, Business units) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on search
Qualifications• 2-3+ years’ experience working within eCommerce marketing or digital marketing roles• Exposure to search & programmatic media on Amazon, Meta, Google • Good project management, analytical, numerical, and reporting skills but also creative mindset• Good verbal and written communication with excellent English• Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel & ppt• Ability to navigate & influence matrix organization from distance - connect with both management team level as well as operational level• Sense for organizational dynamics, ability to build strong relationships and influence
