Overview:
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider digital team, this role is to liaise with Aman’s agencies in optimising the paid search and social campaigns to drive revenue while maintaining reasonable ROAS across all performance channels. The Performance Marketing Executive will coordinate between the translation company and agencies in localising the paid copy, which would allow Aman to expand into new markets.
Responsibilities:
- Work with agencies to monitor and analyse paid search, metasearch, paid social and display campaign on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborate with agencies on keyword research and strategy.
- Optimise PPC ad copy, and ad extensions with the help of copywriter.
- Prepare campaign briefs to be shared with copywriter and brand team to develop impactful ad creatives.
- Foster cohesive messaging and branding across all performance channels.
- Create ad account and set up billing prior to any new properties opening.
- Attend weekly calls with agencies on campaign performance, make sure all follow-up actions are tracked and executed in a timely manner.
- Manage agencies on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting which feed into the wider digital reports internally.
- Share performance channels reports with senior stakeholders.
- Serve as the go-to person for property level reporting and ad hoc data requests on performance channels.
- Monitor the incoming requests from properties and assign them to the wider team or agencies.
- Coordinate digital monthly call with properties on performance and ensure adherence to planned budgets.
- Assist Performance Marketing Manager for quarterly and yearly budget forecast.
- Input Performance Marketing agency invoices to the finance platform, be the go-to person for any finance related enquiries from agencies.
- Coordinate the localisation of paid copy and support the internal review process for approval.
- Curate all property updates and share with agencies regarding need periods, flight schedule, occupancy.
- Assist in webinars and trainings at all levels on performance channels.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices and new Google betas to trial.
