Performance Marketing Executive - German Speaking

We are currently working for a popular DTC brand looking to hire a Performance Marketing Executive to support them in their next stage of profitable growth in Germany. They have seen great initial results since the German launch and are now looking for a native-speaker to supercharge our Performance Marketing efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates and more as they continue to grow. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and optimising digital & offline marketing campaigns for the German market including but not limited to Paid Search, Meta, Affiliates, Inserts
• Reporting on performance and taking action to meet targets
• Testing and iterating creatives and landing pages
• Briefing in and developing ads that will excite users and inspire action
• Managing freelancers and agencies as needed
• Support in localisation of marketing materials for the German audience
• Work with peers in the marketing team to share learnings across markets

A Bit About You:

• Native German speaker or equivalent level
• Have PPC experience, specifically hands on experience of campaign creation and management in Google Ads in-house/agency role
• Be highly numerate and able to make data-driven decisions
• Be an organised, detail-oriented self-starter
• Be able to combine creativity and analytical skill to inform the German testing roadmap Nice to have
• Hands on paid social experience
