We are currently seeking a Part-Time Project Administrator, to work with our global FMCG client , renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based at Blackfriars on London's Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a Part-time temporary role until 15th Nov 24, requiring 21.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday or could do 3 full days (7.25 hrs per day) 1 day needs to be in the office (Tuesday), plus working from home. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £27,900 per annum, depending upon experience.

JOB PURPOSE
The Project Administrator will be a critical support for the Tax Compliance Controller for the governance of all global tax compliance matters. You will work closely with the Tax Compliance Controller and Tax Business Partners to understand their requirements to ensure that all company policies are adhered to.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing of tax compliance & tax reporting KPIs and providing feedback to the Tax Compliance Controller of issues.
- Monitoring the local team's financial compliance with the Outsource Provider
- Managing data collection escalations from third part suppliers
- Assist with analysis of benefits identified as part of FOT (Future Of Tax) and gather data from countries to monitor progress and realisation of benefits.
- Maintenance of global tax processes to incorporate changes and tracking of Local Service variations.

- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential.
