We’re working with a growing digital publisher, who work fully remotely and with a fantastic culture, looking for a dynamic and results focused Performance Marketing Manager.

The Role
As a publisher they have two sides to the business. They have an audience that consumes their content and fuels the entire system and database of subscribers that support their various brands. They also have customers who work with them to do campaigns and sponsored content to that audience base to garner exposure and engagement. This role works across both elements to drive pipeline acquisition, boost conversion rates, and maximize marketing efficiency. You’ll collaborate with both the Growth Marketing Manager and Customer Campaign Manager, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing analytics, to drive measurable outcomes and support effective campaign targeting, segmentation, and performance evaluation across all channels. You will also collaborate with marketing, customer, commercial and editorial teams, playing a key role in optimizing marketing budgets, and improving campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities.
You
You’ll have strong work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels. A well-versed digital marketer with a methodical approach to analysing data, gleaning insights and making data-driven campaign recommendations. Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. You’ll be adept at performing in-depth planning prior to setup, management and optimization of campaigns across various channels, against KPI’s, always exploring new opportunites to maximise campaign and channel effectiveness.
