The Role:
As a Performance Marketing/Paid Social Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the brand’s presence online while working with medium to large budgets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing paid social and PPC campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Implementing an AB test approach to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
- Utilizing your analytical mindset to extract actionable insights from campaign data.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid social and PPC.
- Strong proficiency across Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram advertising platforms.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and ROI.
- Experience working with medium to large advertising budgets.
- An analytical approach to campaign optimization and performance tracking.
