We are supporting a leader brand in their field and due to exceptional growth over the last 10+ years since starting is now impressively one of the major leaders with volumes of sales across over 100 countries. The brand is also worn by and partnered with various celebrities and global icons.

This will be an key role within the business which will be overseeing all Performance Marketing operations to maximise growth by different media revenue streams.

What you will do:

• Maximise growth via Performance Marketing channels
• Manage campaigns from planning to execution using the support of the wider marketing team
• Partner with Social media and Influencer team to strategise new campaigns to drive the brand forward
• Assist the Social team on planning, scheduling and creating relevant social media content
• Overseeing and implementing all collaborations and partnerships ensuring that the wider team know what actions they need to take and that it falls in line with our tone of voice and wider marketing goals
• Being creative & coming up with innovative ideas to grow all marketing Channels
• Kept a consistent tone of voice and skilled in copy-writing
• Work to develop the TikTok Shop growth strategy as an extra revenue stream
• Oversee PR campaigns and Influencer posts
• Oversee Off-Line marketing opportunities
• Work with retail partners to ensure the product is a key focus across their marketing strategy and highlight improvements.

What you will bring:

• A passion for online growth and brand awareness
• A background in Performance Marketing working across many social channels such as Tiktok and Meta
• Team leader background, ideally managing other executives or similar previously
• Industry knowledge in fashion/clothing or beauty or other luxury brands.
