A brand leader within the beauty sector is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to oversee all Performance Marketing Activity for the brand to maximise growth via performance revenue streams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company,

Role

• Overseeing all Performance Marketing Activity for the brand - Online & Offline activity,
• Maximise growth via performance revenue streams
• Driving force in growing brand awareness on all marketing channels
• Take all campaigns from planning to execution with the help of the wider
• marketing team with a 360° approach
• Work alongside the Social & Influencer team to strategise new campaigns to
• drive the brand forward
• Where needed assist the Social team on planning, scheduling & creating Social
• Content
• Overseeing and implementing all collaborations and partnerships ensuring that
• the wider team know what actions they need to take and that it falls in line with
• our tone of voice and wider marketing goals
• Being creative & coming up with innovative ideas to grow all marketing Channels
• Ensuring our tone of voice is kept across all channels. Needs to be skilled in
• copy-writing across all Digital platforms & offline marketing
• Alongside the Social & Ecommerce Team - working to develop the TikTok Shop
• growth strategy as an extra revenue stream
• Overseeing PR campaigns & Influencer send outs for maximum exposure
• Overseeing Off-Line marketing opportunities with support from the Marketing
• Team
• Working with retailers to make sure the brand is a key focus across their
• marketing strategy and highlight areas for improvement with their retail partners

Requirements

• Must have beauty or fashion industry experience and 3 years of management with a proven track record of driving revenue.
• Have a keen interest in the beauty landscape and the current and emerging trends
• Excellent communicator
• Ability to think outside the box
