South Manchester / Manchester City Centre based – time split between the two with one day from home. South Manchester office very accessible for non-drivers
Forward Role are supporting a very exciting, vastly growing Global Property firm who've recently acquired a new arm to the business in which you'll be working across the both brands - one office is city centre based, another South Manchester way (very accessible by public transport) and you'll be splitting your time across the both with a day from home.
Initially off-boarding the accounts from agency and bringing in-house, you'll be 'hands on' across both paid search and paid social. Google is a huge revenue driver for the business and this is where most of the very healthy budgets are spent, however Meta does really well for them too so we're needing a Senior Specialist who's activated across both sides to be driving the highest quality leads. Working as part of an international Marketing team of 15+, the culture here is super friendly, sociable and laid back - they're looking for someone who can be just as strong on the technical Search side as they are in having the confidence to carry their selves in senior stakeholder conversations.
Your day to day would look like:
- Hands on activation: plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads & other digital advertising networks
- Confidence in producing and presenting performance reports to internal and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies to drive website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates
Your skills & background:
- 3+ years' experience in Paid Meda - you have previously planned and executed marketing campaigns across both paid search and paid social
- Experience working within Lead Generation environment essential
- Highly performance lead with a keen eye for opportunity
