Job Description
Reporting to the Service Office Manager, this role will lead the Performance, Planning and Reporting team to ensure Portfolio reporting standards are clearly defined and efficiently delivered.
The lead will own governance and reporting for GFCATS Project and Programme delivery. They will ensure governance process are regularly reviewed and continue to be fit for purpose and comply to regulatory control requirements. They will be responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the data reported which includes the project financial and resource information.
They will be responsible for the accurate production and submission of all Management Information, Portfolio and Governance reporting. Ensuring this is delivered on time and quality. They will provide expert guidance, support and insight and act as the source of all project information and metrics.
The lead will line manage a team of analysts, overseeing development plans and working alongside the Project Office to proactively identify gaps & ensure PMO resourcing strategy is fit for purpose, optimised and aligned with target maturity levels.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organisation from a broad range of contexts plus experience of working in a fast-paced environment with high levels of change
  • Experienced in driving & delivering change & improvements within an organisation
  • Experience in Project Management reporting to all levels of the organisation with proven ability to adapt data and information for audiences expectations
  • Great knowledge of PMO best practice and methodology, with experience with budget control, resource management, change control, RAID management, reporting
  • Experience in development, adaptation and implementation of project governance standards and best practices
  • Line management experience and developing people is a plus
