About the Performance Review Officer Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of North Wales Police’ Performance Insight Team as our Performance Review Officer on a permanent basis.
The role of Performance Review Officer is a varied and interesting role in which you will be responsible for helping to support performance and improvement to deliver a quality service.
As our Performance Review Officer, you will demonstrate your excellent data skills and be able to showcase your creativity.
You will also be an essential part of a wider team that delivers Reporting Tools, Demand Analysis, Advanced Analytics, Mapping services, Surveys and Force Assurance.
In addition, we are looking for the following skills:
- Highly data literate
- Analytical approach
- Good critical thinking skills
- Creative and innovative
- Attention to detail
You will be able to engage with people at all levels and demonstrate flexibility, motivation and commitment, a proven ability to set high standards and a hands-on working style encouraging our real one team ethos to achieve goals and targets.
