Applicants are invited to apply for this exciting position within the Quality and Performance Team.
To assist in the responsibility for the development of a strategic performance management framework for the grounds service using strategies and tools to measure, monitor and analyse a broad range of performance information including productivity, efficiency, asset utilisation, customer satisfaction and service failure/success to aid continual service improvement.
To assist the team leader in the delivery of the allotment service to ensure statutory requirements are being met.
To assist with projects where needed linking in with both the Project Team and Business Improvement Team within Development, Performance and Open Spaces.
