They have a tight-knit, collaborative, and welcoming culture in their team of 18, in beautiful West End offices.
They are looking for a hands-on and experience Team Assistant and Office Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract, with the initial 3 weeks acting as a fully comprehensive handover.
THE ROLE: Supporting a team of 10 Investment Executives Diary management over multiple time zones International travel arrangement Expenses Client liaison Supplier liaison IT support Setting up and managing meeting rooms Ownership of relationship with building management Meet and greet guests THE CANDIDATE: A confident, respectful, and team orientated support professional with proven Team Assistant and Office Management experience The ability to hit the ground running, retain excellently high standards, and be an advocate for the company The hours for this role are 8.30am - 5.30pm with Friday hybrid.
