Perishable Supervisor (Import / Export)

Freightserve are looking to recruit an experienced Perishable Supervisor who has experience within Import and Exports. The company are a worldwide Freight Forwarder based in the Colnbrook area.

Job Role:-

Day to day tasks of Supervisor:-

Supervising two team members

Upkeep of file maintenance (billing, accruals & queries)

Quoting new/existing customers

Dealing with escalations

Customer meetings

Meetings with airline reps

Holiday cover on operations

Weekend covering roughly 1 in 3, average of 5 hours work, paid overtime.

Required experience:-

Experience with IPAFFS (Raising CHEDP).

Knowledge of Port Health and Plant Health (PEACH System).

Knowledge of Phytosanitary Certificates.

Understanding on how the BIP works and what they require.

Knowledge of Certificate of Origin

Familiar with CDS import

Advantage if have the following:-

Used Sequoia for customs entries

Familiar with CDS export
