Office based role with site visits required
Duties
1. To provide a customer service function to people presenting to the Customer Centre with a housing need and or tenancy management enquiries. Interacting with members of the public, providing initial advice and assistance to ensure their queries are dealt with as swiftly and efficiently as possible.
2. To ensure a prompt, courteous and helpful response when dealing with queries from tenants/residents, members of the public or their representatives, including elected Members, outside agencies and partner organisation
3. To provide a proactive and customer focused housing management service across a designated area and to ensure that the organisation fulfils its legal and contractual obligations to tenants and leaseholders.
* To support the Neighbourhood Housing Team deliver the Vulnerable Residents Offer.
