💰 Salary: Hourly rate from £21.98 to £24.73 (equivalent full-time salary £40,000-£45,000)
📅 Contract Details: Starting on June 17, 2024 - Temporary position for 2 months, with the possibility for extensions

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a small team of Customer Service representatives, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery
* Implement effective strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates
* Provide coaching and training to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and complex issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses

* Proven experience in Customer Service leadership roles

* Lead and inspire a team of Customer Service representatives, providing guidance and support

* Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience
* Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practises
