Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator/Customer SupportAssistant to join their team within the Motor Industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and showexcellent computer literacy. You will possess organisational abilities as wellas excellent communication skills.
Job Role:
Dealing with customers over the phone and face to face.
Managing all emails and correspondence
Ensuring listings and product information is accurate and updated daily
Dealing with stock information, maintaining records and an accuratefiling system
Working alongside the Sales team
Essential skills:
- At least 6 months+ Administration experience gained within an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, motivated, ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace, well-organised
- Good IT skills, (MS Word) and familiarity with social media channels
- Strong attention to detail,
- Training will be provided
Location: Newtownards Co Down
Hours of work: 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday
Salary: £18,500-20,000 dependingon experience
