We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our HR division. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for recruitment and business development. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence across the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire areas.
Day to day of the role:- Identifying and securing new clients and candidates through proactive outreach, meetings, and strategic marketing campaigns.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a seamless process and high satisfaction levels for all parties involved.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Striving to meet and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Embracing challenges and working effectively under pressure to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Proven recruitment experience with a track record of success.
