About me..
.I am 14 years old and live with my family in Witchford. I enjoy going out, visiting places for play and entertainment. I also enjoy eating out. I have high anxiety and have non epileptic seizures which last for around 10 seconds and my mum can explain more about this. I live to be active and it is important for me to have continuity of a regular and reliable support worker.
Hours and rate of pay
Term time two hours per week at the weekend. Holiday time two hours per week to be arranged on a flexible basis.Rate of pay £11 per hour Enhanced DBS check will be required.
What you would be doing...
To support me to have some regular time away from the family home that will enable me to increase my confidence and skill in accessing the community without family members. Establish a close working relationship on a one to one basis.
The person I would like...
Someone who is a car owner/driver and has some experience supporting a young person with special educationa
l needs. You should have a genuine interest in the provision of high quality care, be able to work flexible hours and be a good communicator and also possess the motivation to develop trust and understanding within the role.
