We are currently recruiting for an exciting position based in York. This role would be great for someone looking to use their skills in a busy, rewarding role.
DETAILS:
- Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months.
- Starting in June.
- Hours: Term Time: 8:15 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday | School Holidays: 9:00 am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Up to £37,000.
SNAPSHOT OF THE DAY:
- The role holder will act as Personal Assistant and will provide a comprehensive, confidential, and efficient administrative service.
- Maintaining electronic diary and organising appointments.
- Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Communicate as required with staff, parents, governors.
- Assist HR with the recruitment process of senior roles.

- Experience in a PA/EA role is essential.
- Previous experience within education would be a bonus.
