Are you an experienced Personal Assistant, with a proactive working approach?
I am working with London's leading Landlords, who have an exciting new position available supporting a Divisional Director. This is a permanent position to be based in their London office, with the option to WFH 2 -days per week.
Key responsibilities;
Diary/ calendar management supporting the director and getting meetings booked in efficiently
Book, organise any travel arrangements and process expenses accordingly
Build and management relationships with all external and interval parties. Being the first point of contact for retails, Agent, Advisors, Lawyers etc.
Undertaking day to day administrative tasks within the Department.
Printing and collating reports, binding and producing electronic versions to client requirements.
Attending team meetings and reporting updates on all matters supporting current projects
Providing ad hoc administrative cover to other teams during busy periods and holidays.
Your experience;
Previous experience supporting directors or head of within a Property or Real Estate setting.
Highly efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
Highly efficient in calendar and diary management
Previous experience booking travel and processing expenses
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to take ownership of problems to see through to solution
Ability to manage multiple expectations effectively
Be an organised and efficient team player
