Duties and Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, ensuring the family's engagements are well-organized.
- Handle purchases, orders, and returns, maintaining meticulous records of transactions.
- Conduct research for travel, holidays, family activities and item procurement.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of crucial documents and files.
- Undertake various errands to support the household's smooth operation.
- Manage medical appointments, healthcare records, and related tasks.
- Event Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of events.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT and social media skills.
- Highly conscientious and dedicated.
- Relevant previous experience as a PA within a private household setting.
