Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment? Elevation Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of a successful manufacturing business in Rotherham to find a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and two other senior directors.
Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence
- Coordinate internal events
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
- Assist with special projects and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements of the Personal Assistant:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, CRM software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
