SalaryReed Business Support is exciting to be representing a national law firm currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant based in S9. You will be tasked with handling specific administrative support to a deputy group managing director. Up to and including assisting with client, case, and diary management.
Benefits:
- Wage: £25,000
- Hours: 37.5 Hours per week - Monday to Friday (Flexi-time available)

About the role:
- Managing a busy email inbox for the MD
- Handling and arranging meetings
- Creating and undertaking presentations
- Use of a case management system
- Handling financial reports
- Dealing with telephone enquires
- Support and working in the wider HR team
About you:
- 3 years previous PA experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, dealing with clients in a professional manner and managing clients' expectations.
- Ability to balance and prioritise workload, able to multi-task and forward plan.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in accuracy
