You'll provide crucial management, administrative and organisational Support to business leaders within the Payments Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Through engagement with other senior leaders, you’ll be well placed to build your professional network and open yourself up to future career opportunities
Although some of your time will be spent working from home, you’ll also spend two to three days each week, or as required, working from our London hub to collaborate and connect with your colleagues
As a Personal assistant, you’ll be supporting the leadership of the Payments CoE and leading the team of assistants who provide essential high-quality Support to our business leaders within Payments.
This will include driving best practice, providing information, coordinating activities and communications, effectively interacting with key stakeholders and accurately completing a variety of administrative tasks.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
Providing PA support to the Chief Payments Officer
Delivering best in class Support to the wider Payments CoE leadership team
Managing the team of assistants across the Payments CoE
Ensuring adequate coverage is in place across the team in periods of absence
Leading the PA community and sharing best practice across the team
Supporting with ad-hoc reporting as required by the Payment CoE
To be successful in this role, you’ll need good experience of working in a leadership support or business management role. We’ll also be looking for you to have experience of managing diaries and inboxes, along with good attention to detail.
You’ll also demonstrate:
The ability to analyse and prioritise information, instructions and papers
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and the ability to use Excel
An awareness of the Payments business and how it interacts with the rest of the organisation
