Personal Assistant - Fisher Island, Usa

A very busy, on-the-go family based in Miami, are looking for a Personal Assistant to join their household team of staff. The PA will be responsible for all household and family administration as well as event planning, travel planning, household management and assistance with other members of staff.
This is a very important role, as the family live extremely busy lives and have three children. Please note, this is not a Nanny position.
As Personal Assistant, you will be expected to perform all admin tasks in timely manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is at the forefront of each responsibility. No day will be the same, which means a flexible approach must be taken. The suitable candidate will have a can-do approach and be so organised that the Principle doesn't even need to instruct orders, you just know what to do!

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant / PA for a UHNW family is mandatory
Must be able to travel to and from work, easily
Excellent references
Experience working with, and helping manage, multiple households and staff members key
Local Miami knowledge and contacts, and experience working for a high profile family, would be preferred
